A former military officer, Mitch actively engages with prospective clients, identifies if they are a fit for Quantum Group and prepares them for the transaction to come. He is uniquely suited for this role, having compiled over $1 billion in mergers and acquisitions negotiations along with over 350 closed transactions.

Mitch has 25 years of transactional experience and therefore understands how to meet our clients’ desires and requirements while working within the acquisition criteria of a multitude of buyers. His knowledge of how to walk a deal from beginning to end while side-stepping the many pitfalls along the way helps to create win-win transactions for both our clients and the acquiring companies.

Mitch has an MBA in Finance from Chaminade University of Honolulu and a BS in Chemistry from the US Military Academy at West Point, NY. He served our country in various capacities in the US Army for 12 years until receiving an Honorable Discharge while holding the rank of major.
