The Syndicate Method

Quantum Group has proven time and again that in consolidating industries there is Strength in Numbers. This proprietary methodology has generated continued success for our syndicated clients.

We actively and aggressively pursue clients that meet a specific criterion for the industry undergoing consolidation. Not all will be a fit for working with us.

We then engage those prospects and combine them in a syndicate of like-kind companies that are targeted for a specific set of consolidators in the industry.

The syndicate allows Quantum to bring to the buying companies acquisitions that will enhance market share and generate economies of scale.

By acquiring Quantum-led syndicates, the buyers are able to pay more for acquisitions than they could if they were just acquiring one-off companies.

Highly Qualified Team

Quantum is comprised of a “team of professionals” with unique skillsets and a proven record of success. This team has been carefully selected for their ability to support our transaction methodology and to ensure our clients receive service with the utmost of respect and integrity. Company president, Phil Brown, has more than 30 years of experience in M&A related transactions. Director, Mitch Steidl, has 25 years of M&A experience. Combined, they have negotiated billions of dollars in transactions and have closed hundred and hundreds of deals.

A former military officer, Mitch actively engages with prospective clients, identifies if they are a fit for Quantum Group and prepares them for the transaction to come. He is uniquely suited for this role, having compiled over $1 billion in mergers and acquisitions negotiations along with over 350 closed transactions. More.
